Young Adult Mental Health Intensive Outpatient
The Young Adult Mental Health IOP includes 9 hours of therapeutic group activities per week. Services include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, educational group therapy and medication management treatment. The program is designed for those 18-26 years old that experience one or more of the following: trouble focusing or completing tasks, difficulties at work/school, relational conflict, inability to sleep, mood swings, depression and/or anxiety, psychiatric disorders and crisis situations.

Each person receives individualized treatment planning. The program is designed for those that experience one or more of the following: psychiatric disorders, crisis situations, depression and/or anxiety, grief/loss issues, relational conflict, mood swings, inability to sleep and/or difficulties at work/school.
