Young Adult Group
IN-PERSON YOUNG ADULT GROUP for clients aged 18-24. This ongoing group focuses on topics related to this transitional stage of life. Sessions include maintaining healthy relationships, building confidence and self-esteem, preparing job readiness and workforce skills, reducing anxiety and managing stress along with navigating healthy coping techniques, and more. This group is a safe space to meet and engage in meaningful discussion with peers. Start date: Tuesday, October 1st, 2024. Biweekly meetings.

Social Thinking & Me
IN PERSON 10 week Social Thinking ® group for children in grades 3-5 will help participants gain understanding and learn skills to improve social competencies. Social thinking is a process that involves understanding our own and others' thoughts, feelings, and intentions in a given situation. Social thinking helps us navigate the social world, develop relationships, and improve our performance at school, work, and home. It teaches us that we are in relationships with others and that it's important to engage in behaviors that are expected in a given context. A safe space with same age peers. Start Date: October 10th, 2024.
