Join Melissa Cameron, LPC, for a bi-monthly yoga for Trauma Recovery Group starting in October 2025. This group will run for 4 weeks on Wednesdays from 6 pm - 7:30 pm. The therapy group is open so participants can join at any time. Those who are interested in joining, contact Melissa for an initial consultation and to discuss group guidelines, expected outcomes, and personal goals. This group is for adults 20+up. The cost of the group is $50/session or $165 for all 4 sessions.
