The Yoga For Mental Health Group is an embodied practice for sensing, witnessing, and building resiliency. Each group session is facilitated by a Yoga Therapist and Clinician, and will last for 90 minutes and will include include a 20 minute check-in and intention setting, 40 minutes of education and embodiment practice (yoga, mindfulness, breath work), followed by 30 minutes of processing and skill building with the group. This is a lovely space for healing and learning tools for self-soothing.
