EMDR Intensive Individual or Couples
EMDR intensives are designed to work 1:1 with a therapist in a more concentrated format of 1 week or over a 3 day weekend in order to either jumpstart your growth or make exponential progress over a shorter period of time. Sometimes people's busy schedules don't accommodate for the regular 50 minute weekly session. For others, they want to get results faster so they choose this option.
