Self help group for anyone who is open to learning about who they are. You will get a coloring book which is like a personal journal and study guide. Majority of study is watching or listening to youtube videos on Butorfly Youtuhe channel. This is a self study program to introduce concepts from the East (Yoga, Veda's. meditation). The goal of this group is to teach a program of self learning which will be fun and I say it's better than anything on TV, social Media or music.
