Writing to Heal 4.27.25 - 5.25.25 6:30-7:30pm

Writing to Heal is a four-week, 60-minute therapeutic writing group. Studies indicate that expressive writing is a self-reflective tool that can improve mental health and overall well-being. Writing can help us process complex emotions and provide a greater understanding of ourselves and the events that have shaped who we are. Next group starts Sunday 4/27/25 at 6:30pm. In this 60-minute virtual workshop, members create their own Wheel and evaluate various life domains - everything from family relationships to mental health - to determine what areas are thriving and what areas have been neglected.
