Writer's Block & Narrative Therapy - Workshop
Join a newly forming, in person writer's block, CBT-based workshop. This 1 time in person group will be a space to complete a writing prompt in a supportive environment, and practice procrastination and mindfulness tools and give voice to progress. The group will open and close with learning a procrastination busting technique. Please reach out to me if interested. Would like to do one of these monthly starting Jan 2025.
