Write to the Heart: Therapeutic Creative Writing

This 7-week psychotherapy group starts August 16 and integrates therapeutic creative writing with principles of Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Adults will explore identity, grief, life transitions, resilience, and meaning through guided writing, mindfulness and somatic grounding, and group discussion. No writing experience is required, and participants may write memoir, poetry, fiction, journaling, prose, metaphor, or song. Whether you're looking to connect with your creativity, process difficult emotions, reduce self-doubt, or deepen self-understanding in a supportive therapeutic environment, we welcome you to join. Cost billed to insurance.

Grief & Loss Therapy Group
This Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) based grief processing group is for adults who have experienced the death of a loved one and are grieving the loss. It is a space to learn more about moving through grief, to connect with others, practice skills for difficult emotions, and to explore ways to remember. We strongly recommended that participants have an individual therapist though it is not required. Group is held in person biweekly on Thursdays beginning August 13 from 3-4:30PM. Facilitated by Saskia Bolger, LCSW, CCTP and Dan Siconolfi, LSW. The cost is billed to insurance.
