You'll learn IFS basics and begin identifying parts like the inner critic, people-pleaser, and shame-holders. With guidance, you'll cultivate compassion, shift unhealthy patterns, and strengthen your relationship with yourself and others. Meets for 1.5 hours every other Wednesday at 5 pm and Saturday at noon | Online | Max 6 participants (minimum 3). $40 per session.
