Wounded Heart Therapy Group
Wounded Heart is an 18 week therapy group for women healing from childhood sexual abuse. Women have an opportunity to work through the self protective behaviors that got them through childhood but cause problems for them as adults.The group is small, no more than six women, and is closed after the first session in an effort to provide emotional safety for group members. Preregistration is required and includes an initial individual counseling session. Please call for further information.

Healing Connections is designed to help women, in a confidential setting, to examine unhealthy relationship patterns that may leave them feeling hurt, empty, and less than trusting of themselves and others. In the group, women become equipped to break free from the cycles that disrupt healthy connection in their lives. The group is small, no more than five women, and is closed after the first session in an effort to provide emotional safety for group members.
