Worry Warriors

Worry Warriors is a 6-week therapeutic group in Ogden for kids ages 7–12 who experience anxiety. Through fun, age-appropriate activities, games, crafts, and guided discussions, kids learn to recognize signs of anxiety in their thoughts, bodies, and behaviors. Each week focuses on building emotional awareness, identifying triggers, and developing healthy coping skills like deep breathing, mindfulness, and positive self-talk. Kids will take home practical tools and strategies to use in everyday situations, reinforcing what they learn in group. We also encourages connection and support, helping children feel understood and empowered to manage their worries with confidence.
