Working Through Grief, Loss, and Separation: Teens
Grief, loss and separation can come in many forms. Teens have many challenges to deal with and adding grief, loss and separation can compound them. We recognize that it can be difficult and devastating adjusting to such losses. This group is intended to offer a safe place and community for teens to walk through their grief journey. Topics will include understanding grief, adjusting to separation, mourning, and bereavement, use of symbols for expression, thinking about my thinking, and memories. Women’s Self – Love and Acceptance Group
As women, loving and fully accepting the whole of who we are can sometimes be a challenge. We sometimes stretch and strive to care for others and place ourselves on the back burner. It’s time to shuffle our priorities and learn to love ourselves. This women’s group is intended to provide a safe space and community for women to foster a sense of self awareness, develop a plan of action and grow in grace towards self.
