I am a South Bay-based licensed clinical psychologist. I help women and couples with issues related to parental stress, overwhelm, and marital conflicts. I specialize in women’s mental health including parental stress, maternal mental health, infertility, pregnancy, birth trauma, and postpartum adjustment. My passion for women’s health and commitment to helping them through their parenthood journey has enabled me to treat each client with compassion and give them the validation they need to find emotional relief through challenging moments.

I empower, support, and help women and couples to process their emotions, receive support, validations, and learn coping strategies that will help minimize stress and help you cope with challenging situations.
