Women's Virtual Chronic Pain Group

This group is for all women experiencing chronic pain making them feel alone as well as causing anxiety & depression. Living with pain can effect your life leaving you feeling like you want to take your power back. We will create community through sharing our stories, connecting with others, lifting each other up, gaining peace, knowing that we are not alone, practicing somatic exercises, yoga, breath, journaling, and meditation.
