Women's Trauma Support Group

This is a Women's Trauma Support Group. The focus is on attachment and inner child work utilizing EMDR, expressive arts, and mindfulness techniques. This is a support group and runs for 8-10 weeks and ongoing with the opportunity to repeat if desired. Group meetings will be in person, on Saturdays, and will start at 9:00 am and end at 11 am. The Group meets in our Old Town Tustin office. The fee is $50 per session. The groups are facilitated by Denise Owens, AMFT/APCC. Please reach out by phone or email if you are interested.
