Women's Trauma Recovery (Currently inactive)

This small group focuses on the process of trauma, power and abuse, grounding and self-soothing, and healthy relationships. This is a "closed group" meaning that no new members are added until the curriculum has been completed so as to increase the feeling of safety for participants.
