Women's Trauma Processing Group

Once a week for 75 minutes a screened group of women meet to cultivate connection and safety. Past group members have reported statements like: “I feel seen here, when I’ve never felt seen before”, and “I feel so safe here, I wish all my relationships were like this”. Topics have included: boundary setting, somatic meditation, navigating the complex parts of your internal system, empathy training, how to repair relationship ruptures, depth work, shadow work, inner child work, self regulatory skills and more!
