Women's Trauma Processing Group: 2025
Group counseling services are designed to provide a supportive and safe environment for individuals to work through their problems with others who are going through similar experiences. Group therapy facilitator helps members process past experiences, find solutions for moving forward, and rewrite their narratives of trauma to build resilience. The work in this group uses Gestalt Empty Chair, Solution Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. New group starting the week of March 23, 2025.

Women's Sexual Arousal & Desire Group Program
Sexual arousal and desire are of the most prevalent sexual dysfunctions for women. Many women are bombarded by messaging about who and how they "should" be sexually. Much of that information is harmful and misleading. This 6 week program is one of the most well researched and effective treatment modalities to increase desire, arousal, orgasm, and sexual satisfaction.
