Senior women's support group; Women's Trauma Group
My senior group is for women who may be dealing with issues of isolation and loneliness, aging and health concerns, financial concerns, family discord, and finding meaning in retirement and after raising a family. My trauma group is for women who have experienced childhood abuse, domestic violence, or find themselves in serial abusive relationships. It deals with problems with self-image, assertiveness, boundaries, trust, and identifying and managing toxic relationships.
