Women's Support Group

Starting April 23, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. I will began a new support group. This structured support group aims not only to offer a safe space for women dealing with anxiety to share and feel understood but also to equip them with practical skills to manage and reduce their anxiety. The goal is to empower participants to lead more fulfilling lives, understanding and harnessing their strengths to face anxiety head-on. Please call me to provide you with details.
