Women's Self-Esteem Group

This is a psychoeducational group for women to connect with other women who struggle with self-esteem issues. You'll learn: how to identify your needs, wants, boundaries, and values and honor them; how to accept the parts of yourself you don't love; how to self-soothe and lean on your own self; how to turn self-criticism into self-compassion; and how to stop doubting yourself and start trusting yourself.
