This group is for women who have left or are considering leaving a long-term relationship. This group will help to identify your individual needs and goals to move forward with a refocus on your own happiness. Some topics will include self confidence, co-parenting, setting clear boundaries, and future focused goal achievement. Leaving a relationship is not a requirement of this group, but it will focus on yourself as an individual, regardless of the status of the relationship, so you can feel empowered to make the best choice for you and your family.
