"Women's Recovery Group"

Our recovery group helps women address identifying underlying issues surrounding addiction and find ways to meet those day-to-day issues in a safe and private setting. You learn how to improve your coping skills, identify changes you want to make, and build relationships in recovery. Group sessions include journaling exercises, relaxation practices, self-discovery skills, and meditation. Groups are 90 minutes in length and run for 6-12 weeks.
