Women's Process Therapy Group
A safe, empowering space for women to support each other in creating lives of greater meaning and connection. Members foster more fulfilling relationships through "here and now" interpersonal process, emotional honesty and relational mindfulness. Members share their life journeys, process struggles, and heal within a therapeutic community of fellow travelers. Group topics include relationships, dating, divorce, breakups, family dynamics, codependency, conflict, trauma & intimacy. Members gain insight into interpersonal patterns, transcend loneliness and overcome obstacles to emotional intimacy and belonging.
