Women's Post-Traumatic Growth Group

New Cohort (9/23)- JOIN US! The purpose of this counseling group is to bring together women who wish to address: relational trauma, emotional pain, self-medicating behaviors, and feelings of disconnect, unworthiness, and self-blame that often are by-products of trauma. This group will emphasize the discovery of self-compassion as you learn about your internal system and inspire motivation for positive change that is often born in the wake of significant trauma.
