Women's Mid-Life Support Group

This group is designed to address the mid-life concerns of women as they pertain to life changes and transitions.This is an interactive support and empowerment group. The following topics will be explored including but not limited to "Re-discovering Ourselves;" "The Community of Women: Models for self-reflection from other Cultures;" "Honoring and Expressing Our Creativity: Traditional and Non-traditional Methods;" "Remembering and Living Our Dreams;" etc. Each member will hopefully gain a deeper appreciation of life as a mature female in today's society.
