Women: Our Bodies, Beliefs and Relationships

This 6 week workshop provides a nurturing, experiential environment for women struggling with body discomfort, keeping them from living fully. Issues might include discomfort due to size, ability to move, illness and so on. In the workshop, you will discover hidden beliefs about your body, explore how beliefs affect behaviors and relationships, and 'try on' new ways of thinking and feeling. You will rewrite your body script and create the story you want about your life. Please join us if you want to learn and grow in community with other women. Next workshop begins 4/13/16!
