Women's Issues

Our group provides a space where women can support one another as each navigates issues like co-dependence, financial challenges, loss of relationships, and more.  Group work offers interpersonal learning and community which can make the difference between suffering alone and thriving together. This is a wonderful way to connect with others who have similar challenges and effective way to bolster your individual therapy work or support you while you're looking for a therapist. Our group is run by myself and a female therapist; we meet virtually every Tuesday evening. Please feel free to reach out with any questions!
