Women's Health Support Group- Peri & Menopause

This is a group intended to support the woman who is entering the peri-menopause /menopause transition of her life. We will focus on individual experiences, myths surrounding menopause and talk about strategies for a healthful, and informed management of your care. This is a period of time in the life of a woman that can span up to 10 years. Transitioning this phase of life can feel challenging, and confusing. More importantly, mental health can feel altered. This will be your opportunity to feel comforted in a supportive, and informative setting. Groups will be starting soon so please phone for more information !
