This group is for women ready to heal from the impact of trauma and the ways it shows up in relationships. Many members feel stuck in patterns of people-pleasing, shame, anxiety, or fear of closeness. Together, we explore how trauma shapes connection and learn to build safety, trust, and self-compassion. Using attachment-based, somatic, and experiential work, we focus on healing in relationship — with yourself and others. You’ll gain tools to regulate your nervous system, set boundaries, and experience deeper connection, freedom, and peace.
