Women's Healing from Trauma-Starts 4/8/26

This 8-week in person group is designed for women who have experienced trauma and want to better understand its impact on the body and brain while building practical coping and grounding skills. Using the book Healing From Trauma: A Survivor’s Guide, participants will learn regulation tools and empowerment strategies in a safe, supportive setting.
