We are a unique process group for women who are interested in following their passion, sharing their accomplishments, and furthering their dreams as well as reworking past experiences. Introspective work with a twist of adventure, healthy risk taking and humor. For accomplished individuals who wish to further their personal insight and to move beyond their current successes. We also explore aspects of the self (inner child, critic, etc).

Group for binge and compulsive eating disorders
This group is for those who are struggling with binge or compulsive eating or related eating disorders. Some of the goals include exploring the feelings beneath the eating disorder behavior, discovering the triggers, identifying the purpose of the eating disorder. We also discuss healthy options or alternatives to eating disorder behaviors. Topics include childhood issues, relationships, trauma, school, work, and life transitions. This is an ongoing process group so here and now interpersonal interactions are encouraged. A pre-screening interview is required.
