Women's Growth/ Empowerment--January 5, 2026

This Group Encounter addresses the many issues faced by women today. Covering topics from early learning and childhood struggles, impact of addiction or exposure to addiction, divorce, relationship concerns and everyday stressors. Focus on self-compassion, self-esteem and self-worth to allow renewed focus on personal possibilities. Psychoeducation, psychodynamic, mindfulness and CBT are employed to facilitate the process This is an open group and will be ongoing, taking new members. Group is ongoing.
