Women's Growth/ Empowerment Commencing 10/7/2024

This Group Encounter addreses the many issues faced by women today. Covering topics from early learning and childhood struggles, impact of addiction or exposure to addiction, divorce, relationship concerns and everyday stressors. Focus on self-compassion, self-esteem and self-worth to allow renewed focus on personal possibilities. Psychoeducation, psychodynamic, mindfulness and CBT are employed to facilitate the process This is an open group, taking new members. Group begins 10/7/2024
