Women's Group

This group provides a container for women's experiences and meets once a week for 7 consecutive weeks on Zoom. The group will be limited to 10 participants to foster an intimate setting. There will be no commenting on each other's shares directly; the focus is on your own experience. Any topic is welcome. This is a process group where material is held in the accepting space of the group. Hearing shared experiences allows mutual acceptance, insight and the potential to metabolize complex experience.
