Women's Group

For adult women to address challenges they experience with their mood; life transitions; and/or difficulties in their relationships in the presence of one another and in the safety of a co-lead group. Our women’s group provides an opportunity to explore, develop insight and grow. Our group is ongoing and new members are welcome to join. Group therapy can be used as the main treatment approach or in conjunction with individual therapy, as these interventions stimulate growth in different but complementary ways.
