Women's Group Therapy
In this dynamic and supportive group, women will have the opportunity to explore relationship issues while building self awareness and the ability to connect and communicate with other women. Topics will be determined by the needs of the group, but may include assertiveness, effective communication, becoming empowered, work-related matters, organization, stress management, conflicts with spouse or partner, parenting, or managing elderly parents. Individual therapy is not required for participants, but may be advisable to further explore personal issues, which can enhance your group experience. Consider this group if you are looking to grow individually but prefer working with others.
