Women’s Group: People Pleasers & Perfectionists

Many of us struggle to give ourselves the same compassion that we give others. If you expect yourself to be perfect and you often put everyone else’s needs before your own, this is the group for you. In a supportive and non judgmental environment, you can meet other women struggling with the same inner critic.
