Women's Group (Online)
Now more than ever, women need & want a healing space that is dedicated to them. My hope is to make a safe container to allow the brave women in our group to work on their personal growth with other women. Members are strongly encouraged to both support and challenge each other. I use an experiential approach of working with each person as they choose to come into the process. It is an exciting way of learning to claim more of yourself within the relationships which develop during our time together. All members of the group must have individual therapy experience.

Psychotherapy Group Tuesday Morning 11:30am-1pm
This group is for members who have been in individual therapy & want a place to practice what they know about themselves. Best suited for persons who have an interest in their interpersonal growth. The main idea is to continue their work in a relational context. Best efforts are made to stay here & now knowing history will come into the room. Group is a great way to learn more about who you are & how you function in relationship. This ongoing psychotherapy group allows each person to engage for as long as they wish to belong.

Co-ed Evening Process Group
Humans are social beings. The group therapy modality often provides healing and change for people much faster and more effectively. This collaborative form of healing can focus on interpersonal relationships or on particular concerns shared by group members. Group utilizes a shared therapeutic experience to work through similar issues & receive feedback in a compassionate manner. This group is held in person & is Co-ed.
