This group is for very high functioning men and women, managing demanding professional and/or personal lives, who are interested in learning more about themselves, their feelings and their reactions to others in relationships.

College/Grad Students & Young Profls (Age 20s-30s)
This group is for high functioning young professionals and college/grad students, mostly ages 20s to 30s, who would like to gain insight about their feelings, choices they make, and how they relate to others. Issues addressed include: social anxiety; perfectionism; self-confidence vs self-doubt; isolation vs connection; becoming what you were meant to be; learning to identify what you feel, and put it into words; understanding your own anger, and how you deal with others' anger; understanding the patterns you repeat in relationships; and other issues of importance to the participants.
