Women's group

The women's group is both a mood and anxiety group which addresses issues such as weight loss, healthy lifestyle, relationship problems, psychoeducation about behavioral health disorders and nutrition/exercise. This group supports women who may have little time for themselves due work/career, family and parenting responsibilities. We talk about conflicts that arise in these areas and how to relax and take care of yourself.
