Men's Support Group
The men's group is starting on 2/28/25 on Fridays from 6pm-7pm for eight weeks. The following issues will be addressed in sessions: 1) Anxiety 2) Stress as a provider for the family; 3) Keeping your intimate relationships active/alive-Do's/Don'ts? 4) Building a successful relationship outside of your partner 5) How to improve your communication skills? 6) How to manage emotions when you feel dysregulated 7) Open discussion 8) Group/closing and more.
