Our Women's Therapy Group is an empowerment group. We discuss topics and provide skills that address perfectionism, self-compassion, loving yourself, boundaries, communication, and coping skills for anxiety and depression. This group is for you if you are single, married, working mom, stay-at-home mom, a single mom, or an empty nester. We meet online and start at 8:30 pm ( that's right, put the kids to bed and join us).

This group is for Teen girls 13-18 years old. In our group, the goal is to empower our teen clients to overcome challenges faced by female teenage clients. We teach coping skills for depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem.
