Women's Empowerment Group

BEGINNING SOON! This is a 12 week psychotherapy group that focuses on improving the quality of your life immediately. Each week we will focus on aspects of stress in daily living - relationships, sleep, nourishment, expectations, conflict - while learning and processing effective and empowering coping techniques. For new clients, there will be an initial individual session prior to participating to gain background information and ensure that this is the most helpful and appropriate modality for you at this time.
