Women's Empowerment: Art and Meditation Group

In this group, I invite women over the age of 18 to explore a deeper sense of connection to themselves and other women. This group focuses on building resiliency through creative emotional expression, and enhance coping with the practice of meditation. We meet every other Monday at 6:00PM at our office location. Each group is focused on a specific theme with the goal of increasing awareness, improving communication, and providing a safe and supportive space for expression. We live in a culture that often pits women against one another, here is an opportunity to build community.
