Women’s Circles at MESA - April 23rd

Women’s Circles at MESA are monthly community gatherings for adult women (18+) who have experienced trauma. Each two-hour circle offers grounding activities, reflection, and supportive conversation in a safe, welcoming space. Participation is always optional—you are invited to share or simply listen. Circles focus on honoring past, present, and future selves, helping survivors connect with resilience, strength, and community outside of therapy. To learn more or express interest, please email your name and phone number to advocacy@movingtoendsexualassault.org. See our flyer in the profile photos for more details.
