Women's Betrayal Trauma Group
Designed to help women work through the crisis, shock, and grief of betrayal. Participants will gain an understanding of betrayal trauma and the recovery journey, learn how to manage triggers and symptoms, increase clarity and self–confidence, embrace authentic self-love, develop boundaries, and create a vision of hope and a plan for the future. This group serves as a lifeline when you are feeling isolated, overwhelmed, and grieving after an intimate partner’s infidelity, addiction or chronic deceit. Groups are offered on a quarterly basis. For anyone seeking more stability, peace of mind, and control over their emotional responses, this group welcomes those navigating trauma, panic, stress, anxiety, or anyone feeling stretched thin who wants their mind and body to reset. Participants will learn skills to positively tolerate painful emotions, manage triggers, regulate emotions, and practice mindfulness.
