Many of us were taught many lies that keep us from finding our gifts. Women are the weaker ... Women are incapable of _____, not equipped to _____ or are not worthy. We were taught to seek confidence is all things outside ourselves, we learned the same lessons and believed the same lies; Good girls don’t, and real women do, We quit listening to our inner “knowing”. Our groups focus is to share our experience, strength and hope, that we may look within for inner peace, confidence and our truths. We learn to trust our knower within that knows our personal path forward.

Process not Perfection - Trauma Recovery.
Our brains work miracles, which interacts with the world through our senses. One major brain mediated function is protection from emotional pain overload. When a traumatic event and/or extended stressors occur our brain switches to red alert system. Joy, feelings of well-being, connectedness.. freeze while becoming hyper vigilant to environment. This leads to anxiety, loneliness or just not being me. Process Not Perfection is a step by step process to slow down alert senses wake up joy... Connectedness...that are in hiding
