This monthly Women' Wellness Group is an emotionally safe, nurturing place to learn and grow. The overall goal is empowerment and to remove barriers blocking you from being successful in relationships and work. Several topics include: Improving communication; Healing from trauma; Navigating grief/ loss and Releasing clutter - both mental and physical. Clutter is defined as resentment; guilt; or just stuff in your physical environment. Learn to simplify and to savor your life.
